3D Personnel Employee of the Month Awards - January 2026

3D Personnel are delighted to announce our UK and Ireland - Employee of the Month awardees for January 2026 ✨

Both recipients have kept the 3D flag flying out on site, during all weathers, leading by example while getting the job done 👏🏻

The chosen candidates for January were: 

Harry Gillespie representing our UK operations 

Paul Reville representing our Irish operations

Our monthly awards are an opportunity to focus on our core team members working on sites and projects throughout the UK and Ireland. We thank all of our operatives for their continuing dedication and hard work.

Harry Gillespie representing our UK operations 

Harry operates a Forklift on site at Woolwich as part of the One Woolwich programme being developed by Lovell Partnerships. Popular on site and always reliable, Harry has been a great ambassador for 3D Personnel over the last two years.

Oran Blaney, Contracts Manager based in our 3D London office, had this to say about Harry: 

We were delighted to nominate Harry Gillespie, our Forklift Driver for this award, following 2 years of exceptional work with our client Lovell Partnerships. The site team have constantly commented on his great work ethic and willingness to work brilliantly with all the team on site.

Paul Reville representing our Irish operations 

Paul is one of our most in-demand operatives, specialising as a handyman and snagger on a variety of sites around Dublin.

Following the presentation of the award and a gift voucher to Paul, our Operations Manager for Ireland, Philip Doherty had this to say; 

Huge thank you to Paul, who’s been our go-to handyman for a number of years now! 🙌 His hard work, reliability, and commitment don't go unnoticed. From the big jobs to the small fixes, he always gets it done and does it well. We’re grateful at 3D Personnel to have Paul as part of the team—thanks for everything you do.

And not forgetting the OD Group's Operative of the Month!

Another of our UK operatives, Ian Kinyua was recently selected as OD Group's 'Operative of the Month' for his work on their site in Maidenhead.
