Role Responsibilities:
- Lead daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers on-site.
- Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, and design teams.
- Oversee quality control and maintain company standards on site.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Construction Supervisor, ideally with a main contractor.
- Strong understanding of Irish building regulations, BCAR and modern construction methods.
- Comfortable using IT Tools and construction management platforms.
- Ability to manage subcontractor packages effectively.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
