Key Responsibilities

  • Measure work packages from drawings and prepare accurate pricing using applicable rates

  • Manage project budgets under the direction of the Project Director

  • Maintain clear and professional communication with the client

  • Produce monthly commercial reports in line with company procedures

  • Participate in monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings

  • Resolve client and subcontractor issues in a timely and effective manner

  • Prepare and submit claims and notices in line with contract requirements

  • Track cost changes, prepare monthly valuations, and manage final accounts

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years' experience in a comparable role

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying

  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management abilities

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills

  • Data centre project experience is an advantage
