Coming from a background in logistics and HR, Vasile has transitioned smoothly into his current role as a Labour Manager, based out of our Dublin office.
One of Vasile's key strengths in the current construction labour market environment, is his fluency in Romanian and Russian, which helps with translations and in attracting new talent.
Motivated by the real-world impact of his work, knowing that every position filled contributes to the development of new infrastructure in Ireland. Taking pride in finding the most suitable candidates, even when faced with unpredictable situations, he also draws inspiration from both history and nature.
Outside of work, Vasile enjoys hiking in the woods or mountains. A self-confessed Mushroom aficionado, he is confident about his ability to tell which mushrooms make a tasty snack and which can ruin one's day!
