Shay plays an important role within 3D Personnel’s compliance team, ensuring that every operative is fully qualified and prepared before arriving on site. Since joining the company in early 2025 after graduating from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Criminology, Shay has quickly established himself as a reliable and detail-focused member of the London team.
With a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency, Shay helps maintain 3D Personnel’s high compliance standards, streamlining the process between recruitment and site placement. His proactive approach ensures that both clients and operatives benefit from a smooth, dependable service.
Outside of work, Shay is a keen sportsman, representing Tara GFC and London GAA in Gaelic Football. A passionate Liverpool FC and Green Bay Packers supporter, he balances his professional focus with dedication on the pitch—demonstrating the same teamwork and discipline that define his role at 3D Personnel.
