Richard has built up over 25 years of expertise in the Blue Collar construction sector. Having been based in the Midlands across his recruitment career, Richard brings an enviable market understanding.
Looking after our Birmingham office for the last 8 years, as Senior Commercial Manager, he oversees client contracts and budgets, assesses risk management and seeks growth opportunities to continue expanding the business.
Richard has built an impressive network of long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates over the years. He’s renowned for being an honest and approachable straight talker, ready for any challenge and someone who thrives on partnering with clients to deliver results.
One of Richard’s great strengths is his collaborative teamwork approach, drawing from his earlier career in the Royal Navy.
Outside of the office, he is a keen gardener who also loves “having a good go” at DIY, much to his long-suffering wife’s consternation!
