Oran specialises in connecting skilled construction professionals with some of the industry’s leading firms, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement across both permanent and contract roles.
Originally from Ireland, Oran moved to London three and a half years ago after completing a Master’s in Marketing Practice and a Higher Diploma in Business at NUI Galway. Before transitioning into recruitment, he spent eight years in the hospitality sector, where he developed strong communication, client service, and relationship-building skills—all of which have been invaluable in his current role.
Since joining 3D Personnel shortly after arriving in London, Oran has gained over three years of experience in blue-collar construction recruitment, with a proven ability to source the right trades and labour talent to meet the specific needs of each site. Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and dedication to client satisfaction, Oran consistently delivers high-quality results that contribute to 3D’s continued success.
Outside of work, Oran is an avid sportsman. He plays GAA for North London Shamrocks and soccer for London Hibernian, balancing his competitive spirit on the pitch with his professional drive in recruitment.
