Nathan plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. As Operations Manager for Specialist Contracting, he coordinates teams, manages resources, and ensures full compliance with both regulatory and quality standards.
Originally from Ireland, Nathan began his career in the waste management and scrap recycling industry, where he spent eight years helping to grow a successful family-run business in Donegal. Seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand his knowledge, he transitioned into the construction recruitment sector, where he has now built over four years of experience.
Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and dedication to continuous improvement, Nathan is committed to strengthening client relationships and maintaining the highest operational standards across all projects. He has recently completed his IOSH Managing Safely course and also holds CSCS and First Aid certifications, reflecting his focus on safety and professional development.
Motivated by teamwork and a drive for innovation, Nathan takes pride in delivering quality outcomes and fostering collaboration across the business.
Outside of work, Nathan is passionate about sport. A dedicated GAA player, he represents the London Senior Intercounty Team and plays club football with North London Shamrocks. When time allows, he also enjoys golf during the off-season and spending weekends outdoors.
