Michael leads 3D Personnel’s thriving Irish construction recruitment and contracting services business, with over 30 years’ experience in the sector.
Since launching 3D in 2007 with co-founder Damian Doherty, Michael has earnt a highly regarded industry reputation for delivering a consistently reliable and quality workforce supply.
Powered by a driven work ethic, Michael enjoys landing new clients and taking calculated risks to drive business growth. Clients and candidates alike all say he’s a great people person who genuinely believes in encouraging the best out of people, to mutual gain.
Michael is also a keen advocate for the embracing of digital technologies, many of which have enabled 3D Personnel to offer an industry leading, data-secure recruitment service.
Outside work, Michael’s passion for sport is clear through his deep involvement and support of Gaelic Games. He helps out with underage coaching and has previously acted as Chairperson for CLG Naomh Columba in Donegal. Michael also enjoys refurbishing old buildings, borne from a long-held interest in architecture.
