Michael has progressed from Commercial Manager to Contracts Manager and is now Senior Contracts Manager for the UK at 3D Personnel. Bringing the focus and determination of a former high-level sports athlete, Michael specialises in meeting the Blue-Collar labour supply needs of clients across London and the South of England.
With expertise in Civil, Commercial, and Fit Out contractors, he has built a trusted network of clients and consistently delivers reliable, high-quality staffing solutions. A natural communicator who thrives under pressure, Michael enjoys collaborating with the dynamic 3D London team.
Outside of work, Michael remains actively involved with the North London Shamrocks and coaches with London GAA, combining his passion for sport with mentoring, community engagement, and teamwork.
