Since joining 3D Personnel in 2022 after completing her A Levels in Travel & Tourism and Cabin Crew Studies, Marcela has gained over three years of experience in construction recruitment. She takes pride in maintaining strong candidate relationships, meeting recruitment targets and upholding strict compliance standards.
Driven by continuous growth, Marcela is passionate about improving both her skills and the quality of service that 3D provides. Being bilingual, helps her connect with a diverse range of candidates and clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, fitness and spending time with family and friends.
