With over a decade of experience at 3D Personnel, Ciaran Greene has progressed from Commercial Manager to Contracts Manager and is now our Sales Director for the UK. Having joined the company from an M&E background, Ciaran has developed a deep understanding of both the operational and strategic sides of the construction recruitment industry.
Specialising in New Build, Housing, and Refurbishment sectors throughout London, the Southeast, and the Midlands, Ciaran plays a key role in ensuring clients have the right people to deliver their projects on time and to the highest standard.
A natural communicator and people person, Ciaran has built an extensive network of trusted clients and candidates, taking pride in developing long-term relationships and overseeing the recruitment of top construction operatives nationwide. His competitive drive and commitment to excellence — honed from representing Ireland in football at Youth and University levels — continue to define his leadership style.
Ciaran holds an Honours Degree in Business and Marketing and remains deeply motivated by helping clients achieve success while supporting his team’s growth and development at 3D Personnel.
