Ana plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of 3D Personnel’s operations. Based in the London office, she focuses primarily on managing operational and compliance processes locally while also supporting wider operations across the UK.

With five years of experience within construction recruitment operations and a strong background in business management, Ana brings a strong practical foundation and a deep understanding of operational management to her role. Since joining 3D Personnel, Ana has progressed from Office Administrator to Operations and Compliance Manager, contributing to process improvements, streamlining systems, and ensuring operations run efficiently and meet all regulatory standards. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have made her an integral part of the team, ensuring that systems run efficiently and in line with both company and regulatory standards.

Ana holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in International Business Management (First Class Honours) from Anglia Ruskin University, and an International Certification in Human Resources from the London School of Business and Communication.

Motivated by teamwork, structure, and continuous improvement, Ana takes pride in helping 3D Personnel achieve operational excellence across its UK offices. She is inspired by collaboration and the satisfaction of seeing well-organised systems that work seamlessly for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with a good glass of red wine. A creative at heart, she also loves DIY projects—most notably, she designed and installed her own laminated flooring wall at home.
